Shop Floor View of our milling department…. We have 8 Vertical Machining Centers. All CNC equipment is subject to our own “Clean Machine Program” as well as annual preventative maintenance servicing. This helps to identify small problems before they become big problems and keeps the equipment in top condition. |

Daewoo DMV 400 This vertical traveling column machine features a 15 hp 10,000 rpm spindle with 22" x 14" x 18" x/y/z axis travel. It has a180 degree indexing pallet and a 30 tool magazine. It's also equipped with thru spindle coolant powered by a ChipBLASTER J4-1000. This pump will generate 1,000 psi of coolant pressure. Our Daewoo DMV 400 work cell also has a computer workstation with network access to our CMM, allowing us to constantly monitor the quality of the parts we are producing. This machine is currently machining Nickel/Iron powder metal castings. |
