Sheffield Discovery Series CMM

This is a direct computer controlled coordinated measuring machine that really streamlines the part inspection process. The CMM is equipped with Cimworks Visual SPC software to collect and chart data.

Visual SPC station

We have upgraded our data collection ability by installing a new wireless networked Visual SPC station. All measurements are displayed for the operator and stored in a central database for analysis.

Inspection Room

We also have a well supplied inspection room featuring all of the usual equipment including 3 digital height gages. All inspection equipment is calibrated annually.

Optical Comparator

This Starrett Optical Comparator features an edge detection system.
